Walkthrough
The Aft Deck is huge and has plenty of room for a buyer supplied free standing table and deck chairs.
Wide walk around side decks lead forward, curved teak steps lead to the Flybridge. A large double pane sliding door leads to the yacht’s interior.
The Salon has a leather tile sole and is wide open to include a service bar to starboard, a table to port with two upholstered chairs and a large seating group to port. Forward is a TV and bookshelves.
Continuing forward to starboard are stairs to below, stairs to the Pilothouse and next forward a proper dining room with an oval table six chairs and a large TV.
Off the Dining Room are both a Day Head and an Office. Further forward is the Galley, a crew dinette and access to the Crew Area. The Crew Area has three cabins and three heads.
The Lower Cabin area has a large Companionway at the bottom of the stairs with a king size Master aft with His and Her Heads, port and starboard twin cabins with ensuite heads and a VIP Cabin forward with a double and single berth and an ensuite head.
Salon
Entered via a stainless steel trimmed sliding door the Salon has a large open feeling. Leather tiles are on the sole. Immediately to starboard is a walk behind service bar. Cabinets enclose a Vitrifrigo drink fridge and an Isotherm icemaker. Additional cabinets and hinged top that reveal a stainless steel bar sink to complete the bar.
To port is a small table and two upholstered chairs. Next forward is a built in U shaped seven cushion sofa to seat six. A three cushion sofa is opposite with a cocktail table between.
The forward bulkhead is lined with eight large fiddled bookshelves and a centered 42” Samsung TV, a Bose Lifestyle stereo, an HD Direct TV and a Blue Ray player. A series of cabinets, some with drawers within line the starboard side of the Salon. Five panel port and starboard house side windows with wood mini blinds offer plenty of ambient lighting
*Numerous cabinets in the Salon need refinishing due to clouding of the clear finish on the wood.
Main Companionway
Dining Salon
Aft is an entrance to the portside deck, a wine cooler, secondary steps to the Pilothouse and a Day Head with a wood sole, Tecma toilet, marble vanity top with an under mount sink, ample storage and house side windows with curtains.
Next forward to port accessed only from the Dining Area is a cozy office with a built in settee, desk ample storage, side windows with wood mini blinds and ample burlwood storage cabinets. Overhead are four halogen mini spots. The sole is leather tiles.
*Numerous cabinets in this area need the clear finish removed and reapplied.
Galley
The Galley is next forward with a wood sole, starboard side deck Pantograph door and mini blinds on the house side windows.

Crew Area
At the base of the stairs to port is the captain’s cabin with a single berth cabin with porthole reading light, bilge alarm and voltage panel, a hanging locker and cabinet storage.
The ensuite head has a Tecma toilet, vanity with sink, a wet shower and an opening porthole.
To starboard is an over under twin bed cabin with a hanging locker, cabinet storage, an opening porthole and an ensuite head with wet shower, Tecma toilet and a vanity with sink.
Up two steps to a laundry room with a small washer and a separate dryer.
All the way forward is a large crew cabin with twin berths across the beam. The area has a hanging locker, steps to the emergency access deck hatch, opening portholes, reading lights and lots of storage.
Within the cabin is a head with a Tecma toilet, vanity, wet shower and an opening porthole.
The Crew Area sole is teak and holly.
*The forward Crew Cabin needs two mattresses.
*Much of the joinery in this area has cloudy woodwork but could easily be painted or wall papered with only the doors being refinished.
Pilothouse
Being a raised Pilothouse design the area offers good visibility.
The helm is centerline with a wood wheel and swivel helm chair.

Accommodation Foyer
The VIP Cabin door is forward and the Master is aft. Between are the two guest cabins, all ensuite. The sole is carpeted and overhead are six halogen mini spots.
Master Cabin
On the aft bulkhead is a king size berth with the five mirrored panels above. Each side has a small curved nightstand and a swing arm reading light above. Flanking the berth are His and Her Head entry doors.
To starboard starting forward is a large walk in wardrobe with a vanity centered with a hinged top and stool. Either side are four drawers with six cabinets above. Two opening oval stainless steel portholes are with weather covers above, wide wood blinds cover the portholes.
To port is a two person settee and a bank of eight drawers aft. A hidden four shelf linen locker is forward of the settee.
His Head
Mirrors are above the sink with a medicine cabinet and large opening porthole outboard, with weather cover.
A Tecma head and matching bidet is located under the porthole.

Portside Guest Cabin

Starboard Side Guest Cabin
Outboard are two opening portholes with weather covers, wood blinds and a series of five burlwood cabinets. A full size hanging locker is at the base of the outboard berth.
Overhead are five halogen mini spots. The sole is carpeted and access to the ensuite head is forward.
Starboard Side Guest Head
The Tecma toilet has a matching bidet. Above are four cabinets and an opening porthole with weather cover.
The stall shower has a bifold tempered glass door and a handheld or wall mountable fixture. The sole is a teak grate and there is a light and an exhaust fan above.
VIP Cabin
Each berth has a curved nightstand on the inboard side with a swing arm lamp above.
Above each berth are padded panels and five burlwood cabinets. Above the cabinets are two large oval stainless steel portholes with weather covers and wood blinds.
At the foot of each berth is a hanging locker. Between the berths is a huge curved three door hanging locker.
Next to the head entrance is a four shelf linen locker.
Above are 18 halogen mini spots. The sole is carpeted.
VIP Head
The Tecma toilet has a matching bidet. Above are three cabinets and an opening porthole with weather cover.
The stall shower has a bifold tempered glass door and a handheld or wall mountable fixture. The sole is a teak grate and there is a light and an exhaust fan above.
*Below decks in the accommodation cabins, many but not all of the drawer and cabinet panels have a fogged finish.
*A few of the Velcro attached silk panels have stains.
