Dear friends,
The spread of the Coronavirus has impacted nearly every aspect of everyday life across the entire globe. This doesn't mean that life has to come to a complete halt. With enough ingenuity and common sense, many of our everyday activities can still be enjoyed.
Our staff has taken extreme measures to adapt to our changing (and hopefully temporary) reality. In order to continue serving your boating needs while still caring for everyone's safety, InterMarine management and staff have adopted the following measures:
Virtual Boat and Yacht Touring Service
InterMarine Sales Professionals are currently creating virtual tours of all our inventory, which you will be able to view online from the comfort and safety of your own home. When you are ready to move forward, you can make a video chat appointment with any of our Boat and Yacht Lifestyle Professionals via FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Skype.
To utilize the Virtual Boat and Yacht Touring service, please email us with your contact information. Your personal Boat or Yacht Lifestyle Professional will then reach out to you directly to book your virtual consultation and tour.
Remote Boat Maintenance Service and Curbside Assistance
Our Service Department is still open and able to help in a more remote fashion. We encourage you to call or email us regarding your boat maintenance needs. You may send us photos or videos of the issues you are experiencing. Once our Service Team reviews your request, they will contact you to discuss a course of action and advise you of a date and time to drop your boat off at our shop.
We have enabled a Curbside Drop-off Service so you do not have to come into the office for anything. We encourage customers to utilize this service and avoid coming into the Service Office at all unless it is absolutely necessary. If any follow ups are required, we will discuss those with you over the phone or via email, and any documents that need to be signed can be dealt with via e-signing.
Cleaning and disinfecting
If you would still like to come in to one of our centrally-located boat dealerships, you are welcome to do so as long as you are feeling healthy. We have set up hand sanitizing stations at every entrance of our dealerships. There is a dedicated Sanitation Team that disinfects all working stations, phones, door handles, switches, bathrooms, and countertops every morning and at the of the day. Our Service Team is required to wear gloves and masks when receiving and handling boat parts. Lastly, we have additional masks and gloves available if needed. We only ask that all our guests please be considerate of one another and our staff. If you are not feeling entirely well, please consider rescheduling your plans and follow current medical directives to stay home.
At InterMarine, it is our goal to continue to promote the Boating Lifestyle even through this health crisis. We believe that boating is one of the best activities there are for families and individuals alike, and we are committed to continuing to provide services that allow you to enjoy it now and when things return to normal.
If you have any questions regarding any of our remote services, please contact the InterMarine dealership nearest to you or email us anytime.
